This past Sunday was The Annual de Plumes Reading and Movie Day.
The only rules are that:
1) As soon as you wake up you start reading.
2) As soon as someone wants to watch a movie, they say so, and everyone drops what they're reading and joins them.
3) Once the movie is over you go back to reading.
4) Dinner happens in front of a movie.
5) Around ten, parents get tired, so the day is officially over.

This year I stationed myself in the hammock in our backyard. The weather was perfect. It still is. I predict that a lot of this summer will be spent on the back porch.
