It feels so good to have a good night's sleep under my belt, to be back in the house, to have made oatmeal for myself for breakfast, to have turned up the heat temporarily to thaw out this freezing building (ssshhh; don't tell Dad), to be waiting on going off with BrandeisGirl to grab lunch and gossip, to see that Obama is getting closer and closer to having the delegates he needs, to have survived my first year of school and to know that it's the right place for me.

It doesn't feel so good to watch the House season finale, to tap my inner plumber to make the upstairs toilet flush, to read bad news about another Kennedy. Raised by a Dad who tears up whenever JFK's name is mentioned, it's hard to not find myself doing the same thing.
