I need to stop getting so real in these application essays if I ever hope to unfurrow my brow again. It's not that they're depressing, or that I'm sad, but the writing process is just so intense and the stuff I'm writing about (at least for this one) is still so recent that writing about it entails reliving it a bit. Basically I'm writing about this blog entry but in, you know, 500 words, not 12.
